Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the not all women mobile application ("the app"). By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who may use the app
The app is exclusively for women aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You identify as a woman
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have been personally invited by an existing member
- The information in your profile is accurate and truthful
Creating an account on behalf of another person or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
2. The invite and vouching system
Access to the app requires a valid invite code issued by an existing member. By redeeming an invite code, you enter into a vouching relationship — the person who invited you is your voucher, and you are accountable to them within the community. If your account is removed for violating these Terms, your voucher will be notified.
Invite codes may not be sold, transferred to strangers, or distributed publicly. Each code is a personal vouching act. Misusing invite codes may result in account removal.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
- Use your real name and accurate professional information
- Not create multiple accounts
- Not share your account with anyone else
- Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Community standards
not all women is a professional community built on trust and mutual respect. You agree not to:
- Post content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
- Spam, solicit, or promote products and services in a way that is not relevant to professional women's networking
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Attempt to circumvent the invite system or gain unauthorised access
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the app without permission
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to remove members who repeatedly or seriously violate them.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, comments, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store it within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you own or have the right to post any content you share.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising purposes.
6. Messaging
The app uses an approval-based messaging system. You control who can contact you. Unsolicited messages cannot reach you unless you accept a message request. By accepting a message request, you consent to receiving messages from that person. You may block any member at any time.
7. Moderation and removal
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards
- Suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms
- Act on reports submitted by members
We aim to review all reports within 24 hours of submission. We aim to act fairly and consistently. If your account is removed, your voucher will be notified.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, logo, and brand identity ("not all women") are owned by Achintya Rawal. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that connections made through the app will result in any particular outcome. Professional opportunities displayed in the app are posted by members and we do not verify their accuracy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of opportunities, data, or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed €100.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
